This course uses discussion, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to build competency in using basic features of Critical Path Messaging Server to build an email messaging system.

At the end of this course students should be able perform the following tasks:

Create mail domains and users
Backup and understand the Critical Path Messaging server data files
Use the Messaging Server utilities to troubleshoot issues
Create filters to minimize the effect of spam on a mail server
Use the utilities supplied with the Mail Server to protect it against unauthorized access
