This is an introduction course aimed at participants having no prior knowledge of CPSMS.

Course Outline
The goal of the course is to provide students with the information required to begin supporting the product. The course is intended to be primarily lab oriented, with focus on the installation, admistration and support CP SMS Server.
Upon completion of the support class, the student will be able to:
- have a basic understanding of SMS
- install and configure the product
- understand the Systems Monitoring and Management Tasks
- undertake system upgrades
- identify the troubleshooting data available to them based on the specifics of the problem reported
- utilize the available tools in order to produce troubleshooting data to be analyzed
