Critical Path and CTI partner to deliver premium identity management services and solutions to North American market

San Mateo, USA – January 22, 2009 – Critical Path, Inc, a leading provider of messaging applications and enterprise solutions, today announced its partnership with Commercium Technology, Inc. (CTI). Under the partnership, CTI will become a reseller and integrator for Critical Path’s Identity Management solutions, part of the Memova® suite of applications and services.

In North America, Critical Path provides robust Identity Management solutions to many Fortune 500 companies including market leading financial services, manufacturing and government organizations such as General Electric Co., Kohler Co., US Government Printing Office, Canadian Department of Defence, and Royal Bank of Canada.

Critical Path’s Identity Management applications and services enable companies to effectively manage user identities and synchronize identity data across enterprise applications and systems through powerful data and directory integration, streamlined user provisioning and cost-effective password management.
